The mother of my BF had problems with ulcers in the past two years, and now gastritis. I read that when the bacterium H. pylori, that excess sodium can contribute to these ulcers? Does anyone know more about it? Sodium intake is very high, because they eat soy sauce, almost every day with rice and spicy food. (due to worse than soy sauce with a high sodium content) =
