What should i be looking for in a HD Camcorder? - panasonic hd professional

I am looking for a high-definition video camera in the coming weeks, and I'm not sure what spec. I would like to see in the search for HD camcorder. I will present some business use of your camcorder. Including short films and music videos. At this stage of my career, I used to watch the cams big shoulders, until demand requires it, I am looking HD Handy Cam. I am currently, in purchasing the Sony HDR-SR12 or Canon VIXIA HG21 or Panasonic HDC-HS100. I'm sure I use the video camera to an external microphone and an external light, with an option of interchangeable lenses. Any tips on what technical specifications should be careful, then it would be useful. Thank you in advance.
